Elizabeth,

I just wanted to let you know that we used this recipe as a jumping-off point and it turned out delicious. We made more of a New-York style cheesecake and did half goat cheese, half cream cheese and changed up the ratios and technique a little bit. It was so tangy and delicious that I will never make a "normal" cheesecake again. The only thing we changed on the sorbet was to add a bit of zest as well, and it was so good. I usually don't even like sorbet, but each bite was like eating the juiciest, sweetest orange. So amazing. I actually ate just sorbet for dinner the other night.

So..thanks AGAIN for another knockout dessert. Every time you post one, I have to make it, and they always turn out to be awesome.
